Homeward Bound

Last night’s win concludes the longest road trip of the season for the Loons.  They have today off before returning to Dow Diamond Friday night.

The Loons open a six-game homestand Friday night against the Peoria Chiefs, managed by former Chicago Cubs great and Hall-of-Famer Ryne Sandberg.  Right-hander Steven Johnson (NR) will start for the Loons.  Game time is 7:05pm ET.  Be sure to make it out to Dow Diamond for the Loons’ first poster giveaway of 2008 as the first 5,000 fans will receive a Loons team schedule poster courtesy of F.P. Horak. The game will be carried in Mid-Michigan on ESPN 100.9-FM (WLUN) and online at Loons.com.
